 Q: What is a two cycle sequence? A: A two cycle sequence is the number of times the lights will flash in sequence. In the graphic above, you will see that the top set of lights will go through a 5 step lighting sequence, turn off, then start over. The bottom segments will flash some segments on and off, while keeping some on. This is considered two cycles. You can design your own sequence, up to 20 'steps', using the Board Sequence Builder. |
| Q: What are the dimentions of the board? A: The board its self is only 2 inches tall by 2 3/4 inches wide. The Top lights are 47mm wide and 4mm high. The Bottom Segment's Characters are 7mm wide and 10mm tall. The width of all segments together is about 49mm. Spacing between the top lights and bottom segment is 8mm, but this can be adjusted to you specifications. Just let us know when you order.  |
| Q: Can you tell me something about the battery pack? A: The battery pack measures 2 1/2" wide and 2 5/8" tall. It is 3/4" thick. The battery pack has an switch installed in the casing, allowing you to turn the power on and off with unplugging the cord from the board. It houses 4 AA batteries.   |
| Q: OK, I ordered a board. How long will it take to get it? A: Boards take about 4 hours to build. Depending on our work load, we can have your board built and shipped within a few days. Large orders, obviously, will take a bit longer. Shipping Parcel Post can take up to 14 days (within the US). First Class can take up to 5 business days (within the US). |
